About Viral Rise

We exist to fix
the part that usually
goes wrong.

Most influencer campaigns fail at the matching stage. Brands pick creators for the wrong reasons. Creators take briefs that damage their credibility. We built Viral Rise to solve that specific problem.

Our story

Both sides of
a bad campaign.

We have been on both sides. That experience is what Viral Rise is built on.

Viral Rise was founded by people who had spent years watching influencer campaigns underperform in predictable ways. On the brand side: budgets allocated to creators whose audiences had no meaningful overlap with their customers. Campaigns measured by impressions that nobody questioned, because the question was uncomfortable.

On the creator side: briefs that read like advertising copy, brands that disappeared after content went live, and payment schedules that were treated as suggestions. Talented people with genuine audiences being asked to act in ways that eroded trust with the people who followed them.

The fix is not complicated. Check that the match makes sense before money moves. Build a brief that gives context rather than commands. Measure what actually matters to the brand, not what is easiest to report. Pay people on time.

We built Viral Rise to do exactly those things, and nothing more complicated than that.

How we operate

Four things we
will not compromise.

These are the actual filters we run every decision through. Including decisions about whether to take a campaign on at all.

01

Audience fit over follower count

A creator with two million followers but the wrong audience is a worse match than one with two hundred thousand whose viewers are exactly who you are trying to reach. We start from the audience data, not the dashboard headline.

02

Bad news travels fast here

When a campaign underperforms, we say so immediately, with a plan attached. Both brands and creators have told us this is what made them trust us. We are never surprised by that.

03

Fewer, better relationships

We limit how many brands and creators we work with at any one time. Understanding someone's goals properly, or their channel properly, takes time and attention that a large client roster does not allow.

04

Contracts that protect both sides

Every partnership runs on a contract that is clear about scope, usage rights, timelines, and payment, agreed before a single piece of content is produced. We do not renegotiate mid-campaign.

Timeline

How we
got here.

Year 1

Starting with a handful of creators we knew

Viral Rise began by working closely with a small group of creators we already understood well, mapping their audiences before approaching any brand on their behalf.

Year 2

First brand partnerships, process formalised

As trust built, brands came directly to us. We formalised our matching process, contract templates, and reporting framework into the system that now runs every campaign.

Year 3

Roster expands, standards hold

More creators joined. We kept the same audience-fit process for every addition, declining faster growth to keep the quality of every match we made.

Today

Full service, deliberately lean

Brand discovery, creator matching, contracts, briefing, and ROI reporting all handled in-house, with a team small enough that every brand and creator is known personally by the people working with them.
